Stop the mind chatter. Don’t get yourself tangle in a stress knot. Whenever your mind starts to go "What if this may happen, then that might happen and it goes on and on.". Plan the things you need to do. If something does go wrong. Deal with it as it happened. Grab your back up plan.
3. Know your trigger points
Make your own list of stress trigger points or hot spots. Be very specific. Is it only presentations to a certain audience that get you worked up? Does one project cause more stress than another? Did you drink too much coffee? Knowing what causes you stress is powerful information. Once you know the cause you can take action to make it less stressful.
4. Avoid "Stress Transmitter"
There are people who spread stress around without knowing it. They walk into a room and instantly the level of stress in that room goes up. People feel tensed. If you recognize people who are overly stressed, avoid having close contact with them. Stress is infectious! You could become stressed just by spending time from them.However if that person is some one you care about or you must spend time. Tell them nicely. Let them know that they making people feel stress out. You can even share stress management techniques with them.
5. Stay In Control
Feeling stressed out often make people feel like helpless and incapable of taking control of the situation. The next time when you find yourself in a stressful situation, calm yourself down, try and regain control. Don’t let the situation get the best of you

When we get stressed, Our bodies muscles tighten up. We hunched our body. Be aware of you body posture. Whenever you feel stress out. Straighten up your back and hold your head up. This can make you feel instantly refreshed.
